To assist in providing and maintaining economic stability and growth in production, commerce and service in the community.

Provide a scholarship for an outstanding student at Spotsylvania Career & /technical Center.
Provide a scholarship to and outstanding 4-H/FFA member
Provide a scholarship to an outstanding FBLA member.
Sponsor two new club members.
Sponsor a program for the August meeting.

CRISTA WILLIAMSON PICTURED WITH HER PARENTS (LEFT). SHE WILL ATTEND RANDOLPH-MAKCON COLLEGE, AND ELLA STONEBREAKER PICTURED WITH HER PARENTS (RIGHT). SHE WILL ATTEND GERMANNA COMMUNITY COLLEGE.

Purpose:
Because human resources are its most valuable assets, it is important that the community have facilities and services which will provide the well-being and development of all people with special concern for those with unusual needs. Since the club serves the entire community, it is in the unique position to take the initiative in making these facilities and services available through club projects and cooperative programs with other organizations and agencies.
Projects:
Emergency aid to a needy Spotsylvania family.

Chancellor Elementary School outstanding 5th grade girl.
Spotsylvania County high school student scholarship.

Purpose:
To monitor the services provided by governmental, corporate, and volunteer agencies. This committe must be aware of all public services available in the community, be concerned with their efficient operation and justified expansion, and work toward the establishment of additional services,
Projects:
Sponsor Soap Box Derby car and driver.
Support Spotsylvania Holiday Hope Campaign.
Collect food donations for SECA food pantry all year (goal: 1,840lbs.)
Sponsor two new club members.
Sponsor a program for the April meeting.
Track members Community Service Hours.
Planned projects:TO GIVE TO PEOPLE IN NEED FOR CHRISTMAS.
Present activity:
THE COMMITTEE GAVE 3 FOOD BASKETS TO PEOPLE WHO WOULD NOT HAVE HAD FOOD FOR THANKS GIVING.

To foster love of our country and pride in being a citizen by promoting activities and philosophies which enable each of us to become aware of our unique rights and responsibilities which are ours because we are Americans.

Sponsor a Patriotic Poster Contest in 5th grade classes in 4 elementary schools.
